Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Store Policy.
Processing time
Order processing time is 1-3 business days except bulk orders. Processing time is the time it takes to handcraft your order(s), package it with care and prepare for shipment.
Shipping time
Standard shipping time is anywhere from 3-5 business days. All our products are shipped using only USPS at this time.
Recipient's name and shipping address
Keda's Craft Co. is not responsible for any name and or shipping address misspellings and or omissions. Please ensure that you have the correct address and or package recipient's name is entered correctly before placing your order. If you notice an error, please email us immediately with your order number and the correct name and or shipping address and we'll do our best to update the information if the order is not in processing. However, if the order is already processed, you, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to send a replacement item.
Returns / Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or exchanges at this time except if there was an error on Keda's Craft Company part. If this is the case please email us at support@kedascraftcompany as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue.
Refunds / Cancellations
We do not offer refunds at this time. Cancellations must be within 1 hour of placing an order.
