Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.kedascraftcompany.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or a notice will be posted on the main page of our website.

We require that all deliveries are signed for by a person at the delivery address. You agree that delivery takes place when the products are signed for at the delivery address and the signature of the person at the delivery address is conclusive evidence that the signed-for products have been delivered to you at that address. We do not ship products in installments.

 

Cancellations

At Keda's Craft Company, we strive to deliver the best quality and service. Please note that all orders are final once placed. Due to the custom and/or handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations after an order is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain efficient production and timely delivery for all our customers.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Keda’s Craft Company does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Keda’s Craft Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed (tariffs, taxes, etc.) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damage/Lost Package

If your product arrived damaged, you should first email us within 3 days post – delivery with proof of damage by video and or photos and provide proof of purchase, your name and shipping address. Once your request is approved, you will be notified by email, then a replacement product (same item or similar item of same value) will be dispatched to you at no additional cost to you. If the replacement item has been discontinued or out of stock you will receive shop credit in place of a refund for the full product cost excluding any taxes collected and the cost of shipping. 


If your package is lost, we recommend you file a claim with USPS here. Once you have received a lost package confirmation email from USPS, forward that email to support@kedascraftcompany.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue. 

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

 

International Shipping 

Unfortunately we currently do not ship outside the U.S., U.S. territories and Canada.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If for any reason your package is returned undeliverable, your order will be canceled and a refund issued to the original method of payment.
