Thank you for your purchase at www.kedascraftcompany.com operated by Keda’s Craft Company, LLC. Following are the terms and conditions which constitute our Return Policy.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges except if your product arrived damaged and or there was an error on Keda’s Craft Co. part.

Exchanges & Returns

To be eligible for an exchange, you should first email us within 3 days post – delivery with proof of damage by way of video and or photos with proof of purchase. Once we receive your email, we’ll review the proof then provide an update on your request then send out a replacement product at no extra cost to you, the customer. 

If the replacement product is out of stock and or discontinued, you can choose another product of same value or receive shop credit. 

Items that are non-refundable/returnable :

  • Gift cards

Sale items (if applicable)

All sale purchases are FINAL.
